We, You Goal Girl, Inc., are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. The categories of information collected include information directly provided by you when making a donation including name, address, phone, email, credit card and well as information from automated technologies such as IP address.

We will use your information to process any donation make via the website.  We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to process payment.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to advise you about events, notices or other information that helps promote our mission statement and increases awareness about the development and promotion of elite girls hockey, or any changes to this privacy policy.

Right to Delete: Consumers have a right to request the deletion of personal information that we have collected, though we may be able to retain personal information for certain purposes. Right to opt out of the sale of any personal information to third parties. Non Discrimination: We may not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA.

-Change/correct any data we have about you.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information and require Third Parties we work with to do the same.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
